OMG this has been a horrible stressful experience and we have not even gotten onboard yet! I booked this as a gift and Im stuck as information technology is so anticipated - 1st: they canceled my cruise without whatever notification for a $78 balance I did not even know about! I spent 5 hours between their horrible "customer service telephone call center" having glitches and cutting audio. After numerous calls and holds and glitches I finally got a resolution supervisor who had to spend over 3 hours trying to figure it out and get rebooked. She could not get all my extras I booked Mode in advance dorsum the manner I had information technology so she had to plead on my behalf to go a cruise credit to cover the difference. Now I am still waiting for over $1111.00 in refunds and information technology has been nearly a calendar month! My son loves cruises but he will need to like another cruise line. I cannot come across ever booking a RCCL cruise again with how horrible this feel has been. I am sitting hither writing this during my very busy mean solar day afterwards spending all this time going over all my am ex statements and auditing confronting my prowl purchases and Im in my 45 mins of hold and so far for this round - nonetheless no person. They are not going to get people back this way for sure! …

I am leaving on my trip April 6. I am already very disappointed with customer service. I called to find out why the drink bundle was non as advertised, and the person kept sayng give him 3 minutes and he would discover out. I was on hold for 40 minutes when I asked to talk to a supervisor. then after an hour he said he was tranfering me to a supervisor and the telephone got disconnected. They asked for my number "in case the phone got asunder' and subsequently being on hold for and hour and asunder NO ONE Chosen ME Dorsum. I chosen again because very frustrated and explained I did not plan on holding for an hour again and could they have a supervisor phone call me back. I was on concur for 20 minutes when she said she would call me dorsum when she had a supervisor. Then after twenty minutes she chosen me back and said she would transfer me to a supervisor which was disconnected again. NO ONE CALLED ME BACK. They had my number because they had merely talk to me. I wrote and email explaining my frustrating that one one has even called me back, I dont think this was to much to ask. Two days after I still have not heard from anyone. I have never sailed on Regal Caribbean before only my expectation is very low if they cant fifty-fifty give you lot a call about an effect. …

Warning. This volition get a wee chip lengthy. My married woman and I just got off the Gamble on Monday. This was our 20th prowl with Regal Caribbean in addition to several on other cruise lines. I tell you this not to brag, but to establish our level of experience with RCCL before I tell you our story. Nosotros have been on all sizes of ships and in all regions of the earth except Asia/Pacific. We have sometimes had excellent food and service, and very occasionally average food and service. We accept non cruised in 2 years for obvious reasons. We kept asking ourselves if our experience was because it had been then long since we had cruised or was it really THAT GOOD? Every single staff and crew on the Hazard seemed and so excited to have people on board again. They genuinely seemed to want to exercise any they could exercise to make our feel the best nosotros had e'er had. And information technology was. There are most too many to name individually. Our cabin steward, Elenore, was admittedly the best we had always had. Everything was handled, some things before nosotros even had a chance to ask. And she was an accented ghost. I hateful that in the best way possible. If we needed her or had a question, at that place she was. If nosotros didn't need her, she was nowhere to be seen. How does she do that? We are Diamond+ then we know a piddling about lounges. But information technology was our beginning time to be in a Grand Suite. The suite concierge, Maria (and Elenore'due south sister), was so friendly and helpful. She helped us with everything. Marvin, bar tender in the suite, was a mind reader. He literally brought united states of america the drinks we wanted before we had a chance to enquire. Okay, the food. OMG!! As I said earlier, we have had very proficient food on many RCCL ships. I had heard that the best chefs were always assigned to the newest and biggest ships. Adventure was beautifully maintained. Everything looked and worked perfectly. But information technology is not the biggest or newest transport in the fleet. All in my grouping agreed that this was the accented best food nosotros had ever had on a cruise. We went in trying not to over do it. We told ourselves that we had had most of these dishes time and over again. Just eat a few bites and move on to the adjacent dish. Right. Every appetizer, every chief course, every desert. Again, OMG! And our food staff was also terrific. Our waiter, Ronilo, and asst. waiter, Andrii (from Ukraine ☹) were great. Head waiters Sandeep and Vanya too contributed significantly to our experience. We had a chance to talk to the head of Food and Drink, Christophe, and told him all these things. He is doing something very right. We even got a risk to talk to Francois, the Hotel Director. As a mater of fact, we saw him on a number of occasions. Don't know how he managed to remain so accessible and still run such a terrific ship. What a hard worker. It is certainly very effective. Okay, so now you think I'm a shill for the company. There had to have been something that was not 'fantastic'. To be honest, we were not totally enthused by the stock in the shops, just we blamed that on supply chain issues. The entertainment was practiced simply non a home run like service and nutrient. Over again, these guys are trying to get things up and running again. Let'south requite them a little time. I'g not really a fan of Progresso as a destination but hey, that only meant we got to spend more time on the send enjoying the service and food. Overall, it was the best cruise we've ever been on. As I write this, my wife is poring over websites trying to get us dorsum on this send before it moves on at the end of Apr. Great job guys! …

I cruised to Mexico in Jan 2022. This was my kickoff fourth dimension, and I was nervous. That went away during my first few hours of beingness on the ship. Information technology was so clean and not crowded. The stateroom workers were Amazing. Then attentive and personable. I am definitely going to prowl with Royal Caribbean area again! I would like to shout out Eduardo, Eartha, Blydon, Marvin, Desiree, Bernadette and Wen for best service. I would too like to shout out Felix and RJ for most entertaining! …

Imperial Caribbean really dropped the ball here! They are promising travel incentives and not coming through with their promises. Some of the excursions were terrible... Flat tires on bikes, Cenotes that were moats, Not what is was portrayed to exist..... NOT AT ALL. Oh yep, we all got Covid..... well Happy New Year! …
